Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse products on the Shop or Catalog page, select a product, choose size/options, then Add to Cart and follow checkout. For bespoke pieces, use the Contact form or email us with requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, UPI/PhonePe (if enabled), and bank transfers for custom orders. Contact us for proforma invoices.

Products & Customization

Can I get a custom design (engraving/photo/size)?
Yes — we create custom stone murals, granite frames and tile art. Provide your design or photo and we’ll send a proof and quote.
How do I submit images or artwork?
Use the Contact page to upload artwork or email high-resolution files (300 DPI or larger) for best results.

Manufacturing & Materials

What materials do you use?
We use natural stone (granite, marble), ceramic tiles, and industrial-grade etching/printing for durability.
How long does production take?
Standard items: 5–10 business days. Custom items: 10–30 business days depending on complexity.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — shipping times and costs vary by location. Large items may need freight shipping and a separate quote.
Can you deliver and install?
We arrange delivery; installation services available in select cities for an additional fee.

Installation & Care

How should I install a mural or frame?
Small frames can be mounted. Large murals usually require professional installation with anchors or special adhesives.
How do I maintain and clean the product?
Use a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid acidic cleaners on natural stone. Reseal granite per manufacturer recommendations.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
Customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Standard items may be returned within X days if unused—contact support for details.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes — we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Terms vary by product.
